Elon Musk FORCED To Step Down! – Why Is The Media Trying To DESTROY Him?

Josh Sigurdson reports on the recent news of Elon Musk being forced by the SEC to step down as chairman of Tesla and pay a 20 million dollar fine alongside Tesla paying another 20 million dollar fine.
All the while, the SEC is looking at banning Elon Musk from ever running a public company for the rest of his life! This story is not slowing down any time soon, so we break down how we got here.
Elon Musk have been an inspirational, successful man of great ingenuity for two decades. Going back to his PayPal days, he invested every cent he had into Tesla and SpaceX following his massive PayPal buyout. He slept in the office and worked hard to develop a small startup. He was incredibly successful and made massive dividends off of Tesla.
He was an icon, millions loved him until the media told people not to. Over the past two years, the media has appeared to be obsessive with bringing him down. Slowly but surely, they’ve painted him as a terrible person. An unbalanced person. Part of that image admittedly he helped emanate himself. From comments about a Thai cave diver, a hilarious spat with the upper echelon of elite bankers on Twitter, to his appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, the media has been steadily trying to drive Tesla stock down and one has to wonder why.
Well now due to tweets he put out regarding going private and securing funds for Tesla after months of market downturn for the company caused by constant bad news based on circumstantial situations, the SEC filed charges against Elon Musk and by the time Elon accepted the charges, he was forced to step down for at least three years as chairman of Tesla.
Funny enough, Elon tweeted that he has decided to simply change the name from chairman to “not chairman” to avoid this charge.
Now the SEC is also looking at banning him for life from running a public company. This is clearly over something he’s done. We want you the viewer to let us know what YOU think he’s done for this to happen.

With that said, you don’t have to like him to see that this is clearly personal and wrong. His palling around with Leonardo diCaprio, his government contracts worth billions, there are many reasons to call out Elon Musk and dislike him, but when the media tells everyone to dislike someone at the same time, it’s a form of mind control and one has to be weary and try and understand why there’s such an effort to manipulate the minds of the masses like an incremental frog boil.

We will continue to follow this story as it elapses. Stay tuned for more from WAM!

The main problems with people are that they don’t seek the truth, they don’t share the truth, and they believe other people. But, at least when the reset happens and everyone has lost everything , then we will think alike, and assert a change in the Democratic process and accountability in government.

Musk is a financial con man and a poster boy for the era of 0% interest rates and QE from the central banks. Tesla’s valuation at $50 billion for a massive money losing “business” is a total joke. Tesla is going bust sooner or later and Musk knows it so he resorts to fraudulently manipulating his stock price higher to delay it. He should be held accountable for committing securities fraud. He caused tens of millions of damage to market participants who were making investment decisions based on his lies. You are too dismissive of his wrong doing.

That’s a shame. I just started to understand and respect him despite his tendency to play it fast and loose quite frankly. I hope it doesn’t affect his progress but he’s scrappy. He will probably ultimately turn this whole thing into a positive. It’s damn near impossible not to respect him for his whole approach. He gives me the impression he’s about the most real and genuine filthy rich genius on the planet there is.

He’s an outsider and knows the truth about the Elite. They want to destroy him for what he can represent for people who are awakening from the dr9ne state they wish to keep us in.

Wow! I thought everybody was crazy for this guy and that I was the only one who felt he was a pompous, sleazy jackass. And just when I started to change my opinion about him I read the comment section to find out the opposite. Lol! I can’t keep up. But there were a couple of things he said that actually kind of surprised me and made me think he was a lot more humble and genuine than I thought he was initially. Especially where mans pursuit of space is concerned. I remember a few comments that made me think that instead of competing with everyone in regards to his endeavours like you’d think that he actually looked at his work and otherworldly pursuits as something our planet could actually all come together on and celebrate as a global community together…or that we SHOULD be treating it that way. Which kind of made me look at him in a whole new light. But I could be wrong I suppose. I don’t follow him THAT closely.

“Today, we live in the Age of Envy.
“Envy” is not the emotion I have in mind, but it is the clearest manifestation of an emotion that has remained nameless; it is the only element of a complex emotional sum that men have permitted themselves to identify.
Envy is regarded by most people as a petty, superficial emotion and, therefore, it serves as a semihuman cover for so inhuman an emotion that those who feel it seldom dare admit it even to themselves. . . . That emotion is: hatred of the good for being the good.
This hatred is not resentment against some prescribed view of the good with which one does not agree. . . . Hatred of the good for being the good means hatred of that which one regards as good by one’s own (conscious or subconscious) judgment. It means hatred of a person for possessing a value or virtue one regards as desirable.
If a child wants to get good grades in school, but is unable or unwilling to achieve them and begins to hate the children who do, that is hatred of the good. If a man regards intelligence as a value, but is troubled by self-doubt and begins to hate the men he judges to be intelligent, that is hatred of the good.
The nature of the particular values a man chooses to hold is not the primary factor in this issue (although irrational values may contribute a great deal to the formation of that emotion). The primary factor and distinguishing characteristic is an emotional mechanism set in reverse: a response of hatred, not toward human vices, but toward human virtues.
To be exact, the emotional mechanism is not set in reverse, but is set one way: its exponents do not experience love for evil men; their emotional range is limited to hatred or indifference. It is impossible to experience love, which is a response to values, when one’s automatized response to values is hatred.” ~ Ayn Rand, Return of the Primitive: The Anti-Industrial Revolution, 152

Josh, they stole $20 million dollars in the name of “justice”. On another note, if Elon can’t be a chairman on any publicly traded company, then what if he starts a blockchain based cryptocurrency company?

Pretty sad you guys don’t actually research anything. Musk and his “FAKE X” and you’re supporting him? Unsubscribed. Don’t support puppets. Doesn’t matter what roll the puppet has it’s still a puppet. Cover actual researched subjects and don’t repeat controlled opposition narratives.

Knowing the Saudis they probably did tell him if they was going to invest. When I first seen that tweet I didn’t rush to buy any stock from Tesla, I wanted to see how to play out. Everybody makes mistakes they are going hard on him . I wish they will go this hard on Wells Fargo 😅

Your post would have been much more productive had you invested more time researching the subject and the SEC document listing the material issues cited. Unsubscribed – was hoping to support this site but please invest more time to before basic study of topics in the future.

WAM- I understand for the sake of validating your argument, you feel the need to “time stamp” reaction from trolls. When only arbitrary opinions on the morality of consequences incurred are the meat and potatoes of the title, it’s very misleading to your viewers. There are books out there for instance, like” What’s behind the numbers” by John Del Vecchio. It explains the accounting chicanery that goes on in companies to make them look better performing than reality. If you had read the book, or something similar, you would have applied the knowledge of it’s finances, and likely not made the video. Tesla’s new COO quit after a month. Why? Probably because he knew what was coming down the road. Depositors are waiting still for delivery and Tesla is using those funds as capital expenses in addition to employee wages. It sounds like you have some shares and you’re butthurt. The media went pretty easy on him. His company has NEVER ONCE pulled a profit. His idiocy on Twitter is what the SEC is there for. To make examples of irresponsible leaders. I watch the price. I look at the order books. I look at the details of the balance sheet. So before you invalidate your conspiracy theories with oversensitive opinions of persecution of someone you idolize without providing REAL facts like numbers, don’t come back and bitch about the backlash. After all, it’s supposed to be free speech and open dialog, right? And btw, I went through the whole video first and then commented after I read your tantrum. If you’re having trouble with monetization, it’s probably not best to complain about your perception of the validity of the reactions from your dwindling audience. I unsubbed from your channel long ago because it’s always “The sky is falling” with ZERO solutions.
