Josh Sigurdson breaks down in short why Donald Trump’s recent executive orders could be a good thing.
While he’s growing the size and scope of government at a militaristic level and restricting the freedom of movement, at the same time he’s abolishing the state one regulation at a time with the flick of a pen.
Now, if he’s abolishing forms of coercion, that’s a good thing, whether or not the people or the congress or the senate have a say. For the Congress and the Senate vote for things that often 49% disagree with, but because the state puts them into a collective, they’re enforced upon without choice. Abolishing coercion without a say is better than coercing without a say.
Josh doesn’t believe in getting into power to abolish power, but how can one argue with the government shrinking? This means less government which is a good start!
Josh Sigurdson tackles this issue from a voluntaryist perspective. It may be unpopular but it should be spoken of.
